From the red carpet entry that doubled as a model's dress train to the 10" ice luge complete with stilt-walkers, every vendor put their best foot forward.
"I am really impressed with the food tonight," said Ann Keursh of BizBash Media. "It seems every caterer really stepped it up."
As for us, we took the "kill-them-with-curiosity" route and featured fried yucca balls with a cilantro aioli and lime cloud (aka cotton candy). It was a hit!
