Booze, Brides & Bubbly

For the past 72 hours our team has been in full gear.From a corporate Dewars event (the booze) to a networking bridal trade show (the brides) to a champagne reception for the multi-coastal Fashion's Night Out (the bubbly)--we have been busy and we are loving it. Here is a look at are most recent productions.

On Wednesday our team headed to the Zodak Art Gallery in Wynwood for Dewars' New Pack Launch. Chef Brian Aaron and his culinary team served a bevy of hors d oeuvres across the venue's 4 galleries. Dishes like Kobe Beef Sliders, Molecular Caprese salads and freshly-cut waffle potato chips with salt and vinegar foam complimented the brand's 4 whiskeys. We also erected 5 bars throughout the space, each serving signature cocktails like the Dewar's Smash (muddled with fresh mint) and Dewar's and Ginger (made with ginger ale and an orange peel garnish). Memorable moment? DJ Le Spam and the Spam Allstars noshing on our signature Stuffed Champignons. The next day we gathered our team and hit Brides in the City at the InterContinental Hotel in Downtown, Miami. The first-ever event--coordinated by our friends at Deco Productions and Grande Affairs--was a huge success. The event's footprint stretched over the hotel's entire mezzanine level and ballroom space. For the first time we presented our Dolce Vita dessert bar. The spread featured Deconstructed S'Mores, Dehydrated Rock Candy with Gummi Bears, Strawberry and Mango Dip N' Dots, Coconut Cheesecakes displayed on our Flying Spoons, and Citrus Capsules garnished with Cucumber Foam and Pop Rocks. Additionally, we served our newest cocktail, a Basil Foam Bellini in the property's spa. Overall, the event rocked! So many amazing vendors and blushing-brides-to-be.

To wrap our 3-day adventure we participated in the second annual Fashion's Night Out. This multi-coastal event, which is anchored in NYC, extended to Bal Harbor Shops on Friday night. Hermes called upon us to greet their VIP guests with Champagne--a drink that is always in fashion!
