So there has been a lot of chatter over the past couple months that Brian Aaron and AARON'S CATERING had a reality show in the works. Though we didn't confirm or deny much, it is finally time to come clean....
WHEN: June 9th at 10PM
WHAT: Brian Aaron competes on Food Network's 24 Hour Restaurant Battle
WHY: Cause he is awesome. Duh.
WHERE: Food Network

At the Chef's Table
President, Brian Aaron and former Sous Chef, Andres Barrientos will face off in the hit shows "Battle Modern Cuisine" against a father/daughter team. SPOILER ALERT...our boy brings out his citrus orbs and carbonated chocolate mousse to make their restaurant concept dubbed "EDGE" shine.
"This was the most incredible experience yet," says Aaron. "We went to New York and really showed who are and what we are about here in Miami!"
ABOUT THE SHOW:
Hosted by renowned chef Scott Conant (chef and owner of Scarpetta), each episode of 24 Hour Restaurant Battlefeatures dueling teams of aspiring restaurateurs who have 24 hours to conceive, plan and open their own restaurants for one night. On each team, one person handles front-of-house issues like decor, seating and service while the other manages back-of-house matters like menu planning, shopping and, of course, cooking. When the doors open, each restaurant serves a discerning group of diners along with Scott and a rotating panel of judges representing three areas of expertise: restaurant marketer, restaurant reviewer and restaurant investor. Based on the restaurant’s concept, execution and viability, the judges choose a winning team who receive $10,000 seed money toward realizing their dream.
Tune in and may the best team win!
