Camera Ready...

Happy Monday Everyone! What. a. weekend. Our team of more than 70 spent the weekend catering a celebrity wedding on Star Island. An overall wonderful affair, but to say we are exhausted would be an understatement. Thank you to all of our team members who pulled together and put forth their best effort.

Shifting gears, we are excited to announce our inaugural "Fan-Photo-Op" Contest!



Here is How it Works: Grab your friends and family, recreate one of your favorite recipes and snap a photo!


To Get Started:
  1. Scan our Facebook Page, Brian Aaron's Facebook Page, or either of our blogs and twitter pages for recipe ideas.
  2. Have fun creating. Snap a photo of the final presentation, fun it the kitchen, etc.
  3. Submit the ONE image (JPEG preferred) to brittany@aaronscatering.com by 6.23. Don't forget a fun caption.

The top three images will then be posted on our Facebook Wall and turned over to the fans for voting. The final winning image will be announced at July's Facebook Fan Appreciation Happy Hour and via Facebook. The photographer of the winning image will receive their very own private chef for the day (food cost not included).

Blackberry & Cabernet Caipirinha















Ingredients
24 Blackberries
4 oz Simple Syrup
12 oz Cachaca
4 oz Cabernet
8 oz Fresh Orange Juice
2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Ice
6 Lime Wheels & 6 Orange Wheels

Directions
In a pitcher, muddle 12 of the blackberries with simple syrup. Add the cachaca, cabernet and the orange and lime juices and refrigerate until chilled (at least one hour). Stir well and add the drink to ice-filled wine glasses. Garnish with the remaining blackberries, oranges and limes.
