Friday: An Amuse-Bouche?

Ahhhh...Friday. There is just something about Fridays isn't there? Most would say its the amuse-bouche before a relaxing weekend. For us, and most others in the event business, it's when things just start to heat up! Be sure to check to back next week for a recap of this weekend's events.

What would be a Friday without a Happy Hour? Here is a liquid libation idea for this weekend...

Ginger Mojito












Ingredients
3 Slices Fresh Ginger-root (thumbnail sized)
12 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
5 oz Ginger Ale

Directions
Muddle ginger and mint in base of shaker. Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake with ice. Strain mixture into highball glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
